Zuvly Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Scope

This policy describes Zuvly, an app by clr91dev for viewing your App Store Connect reports and reviews. The data used depends on the features you connect.

App Store Connect data and credentials

In the standard connection, Zuvly requests app information, downloads, sales, subscriptions, financial reports and customer reviews directly from Apple using the API key you provide. The key is stored in the device Keychain and can sync through iCloud Keychain when enabled. It is not sent to a Zuvly-operated server in this mode. Imported reports are cached on your device to display statistics.

Your account and synced preferences

When you sign in with Apple or Google, Firebase Authentication processes your account identifier, the email address and name supplied by that provider, and authentication tokens. Firebase/Firestore stores account-related preferences, including currency, your configured tax percentage and synchronization dates. If you connect a separate server, its address, workspace identifier and connection token may also be synchronized with your account. These data support sign-in and keeping your devices connected.

Optional server and activity features

Developer features can connect to a separately configured server. In this mode, credentials you submit, imported Apple reports, subscription events and device notification tokens are processed by that server. API keys are encrypted at rest by the included server implementation. Activity counts require integration in each monitored app and process an installation identifier, app identifier and timestamps of activity. They describe observed installations, not identified people. The server operator is responsible for its hosting, access and retention; these features are not required for the standard direct connection to Apple.

Purchases

Apple handles payments through the App Store. Zuvly processes subscription and entitlement information to enable Premium and restore purchases. When configured, RevenueCat also processes purchase and app-user identifiers for subscription management. Zuvly does not receive your card number or complete payment details.

Other connections and notifications

Zuvly can request public app artwork from Apple and reference exchange rates from the European Central Bank. These requests disclose technical connection information, such as IP address, to the service receiving them. Notifications use Apple services and the notification permissions you grant. Review replies are sent to Apple and become public when Apple publishes them. Data you explicitly export or share is sent to the destination you choose.

Advertising and tracking

Zuvly does not display advertising, sell personal data or use advertising tracking across apps and websites. Data is used to provide the connected features described above.

Control, retention and deletion

You can disconnect Apple or your server in Settings and revoke an API key in App Store Connect. Account deletion is available under Settings → Delete account and removes the Firebase account and its preference document. It does not cancel an Apple subscription or delete data held by Apple or a separately operated server. Manage subscriptions through your Apple account, and contact the server operator for server data deletion. Local data and credentials remain until removed by the relevant app controls; cached and Keychain data can have different lifetimes. Contact us about access, correction or deletion of information we control.

Service providers and security

Connected providers may process information in countries other than your own under their privacy policies. Zuvly uses HTTPS for remote Apple, Google and RevenueCat services, and the Apple Keychain for credentials. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
