1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Trackle ("the App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of them, you must not use the App.

2. Service description

Trackle is a personal subscription-management app that lets you:

• Track and organize your active subscriptions
• View your monthly and yearly spending
• Receive renewal reminders
• Get analysis and insights about your spending through a smart assistant
• Manage multiple user profiles

Trackle is a personal organization tool. It is not a financial, accounting, or tax-advisory service. Projections and analyses are indicative and do not constitute financial advice.

3. Account and use

No account is required to use Trackle. The App runs locally on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the proper use of the application.

4. Subscriptions and payments

4.1 Available plans

• Free plan: limited access to the App's basic features
• Trackle PRO Monthly: auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day free trial
• Trackle PRO Lifetime: one-time purchase that unlocks all features permanently

4.2 Free trial

The monthly subscription includes a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial you will be automatically charged the subscription price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.

4.3 Renewal and cancellation

The monthly subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Payment processing

All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Trackle has no access to your payment information.

5. Intellectual property

Trackle, including its design, code, brands, logos, and content, is the property of its developer. No intellectual property rights are granted to the user beyond a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App in accordance with these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

Trackle is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that:

• The App will run without interruptions or errors
• Calculations and projections are accurate to the cent
• The information is suitable for making financial decisions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

7. User data

All information entered into Trackle is stored locally on your device. We do not keep copies of your data. If you uninstall the App, your data is permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page. Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
